Our service experts remotely analyze potential issues quickly and safely, resolving more than half of all cases through remote maintenance, often eliminating the need for an on-site service visit. Our centrotherm Field Service team supports customers worldwide. In addition to our headquarters in Blaubeuren, Germany, we offer reliable support through our service centers in China, India, Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, and the United States. This global network allows us to respond quickly and flexibly wherever you are.

Field Service Contingent

With a Field Service Package, we can immediately locate an available service technician and focus on resolving  your machine’s technical issues without the need for a quotation or order.

By using a flexible euro budget, both the incurred service hours and additional costs are billed transparently and easily.

Resident Service Engineer
