Based on the preliminary figures available today, the Management Board of centrotherm international AG, Blaubeuren, (ISIN: DE000A1TNMM9 and DE000A1TNMN7) assumes that the earnings forecast of positive Group EBITDA* for 2022 in the mid to higher single-digit million range will be exceeded, and that Group EBITDA will probably be in the range of EUR 14 to 16 million. The key reason for this positive earnings development is an improvement in the centrotherm Group's operating margin. 

 The Management Board has not yet prepared the consolidated financial statements for the 2022 financial year, nor have the consolidated financial statements been audited by the auditor. Publication of the annual report is scheduled for April 20, 2023.
