Exportsachbearbeiter kaufm. Auftragsabwicklung (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erfassung und Verteilung der eingehenden Aufträge
  • Komplette selbständige Auftragsabwicklung In- und Ausland sowie termingerechte Bearbeitung (Verfügbarkeitskontrolle, Auftragsbestätigungen, Lieferterminverfolgung in Zusammenarbeit mit den entsprechenden Hausabteilungen, Korrespondenz, Lieferscheine, Versandpapiere, Rechnungen)
  • Prüfung und Klärung sämtlicher auftragsbezogener Daten unter kaufmännischen Gesichtspunkten sowie die Pflege kundenrelevanter Informationen
  • Forderungsmanagement
  • Bearbeitung und Auswertung von Montagerapporten In- und Ausland
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung sämtlicher Versand- und Exportdokumente inkl. Transport- und Zollabwicklung (Erstellung sowie Kontrolle von Export- und Zolldokumenten)
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Akkreditiven
  • Konsequente Abwicklung der Auftragsverwaltungssysteme
  • Erstellung und Betreuung von Statistiken
  • Erstellung der Intrastat-Meldungen

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise Speditionskaufmann, Industriekaufmann, oder Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann (m/w/d)
  • Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Zollkenntnisse (idealerweise Export und Import)
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
