Our product range
We develop and distribute key equipment as well as turnkey production lines for the manufacturing of crystalline solar cells. Our product portfolio includes diffusion furnaces, PECVD systems as well as drying and annealing furnaces. Suppliers manufacture other components for solar cell production for us according to our specifications and we integrate them into coordinated production lines. The production lines cover all process stages required to produce crystalline solar cells from silicon wafers.
We offer production lines customized to clients’ individual requirements with
- an annual production capacity of 30 MWp, 50 MWp or 60 MWp
- innovative automation, layout and production design
- rapid ramp-up of production according to agreed delivery times
- including a guarantee relating to important performance parameters such as level of cell efficiency, yield and production capacity
Additionally to our turnkey production lines for the manufacture of crystalline solar cells we offer turnkey module production lines and thus complete our turnkey portfolio along the photovoltaic value chain.
Our subsidiary GP Solar completes our product portfolio with optical measurement systems for quality and process control in solar cell production. The camera-based inspection systems offer optimal reliability and controllability of the measurement systems and guarantee consistent production quality.
