Our product range
We offer our customers fully integrated solutions for the production of polysilicon, ingots and wafers. Along with process and production technology, our solutions also comprise key equipment that has been developed and produced by our engineers.
We provide CVD reactors, STC-TCS converters and the respective vent gas recovery unit for industrial silicon production. Our product portfolio also includes a lab CVD reactor for quality assurance, as well as research and training purposes.
We have developed a multi-crystalline ingot furnace based on the principle of directional solidification for the manufacturing of multi-crystalline ingots.
All of our products are distinguished by comparatively low process energy consumption and high production capacity. They guarantee a high degree of purity for silicon and outstanding end-product quality.
