What is the Prime Standard?

The Prime Standard is a stock exchange segment for listing shares on the Frankfurt Securities Exchange. Issuers in the Prime Standard must satisfy international transparency requirements extending above and beyond the level of the General Standard, such as:

  • Quarterly reporting in German and English
  • Application of international accounting standards
  • Publication of a corporate calendar
  • Hosting of at least one analysts' conference per year
  • Ad hoc releases in German and English

The Prime Standard particularly comprises companies that wish to reach not only national but also international investors.

What is centrotherm photovoltaics' dividend policy?

Due to good earnings trend in 2010, the Management Board has recommended that the Supervisory Board proposes to the Shareholders’ General Meeting on August 18, 2011, to make the first-time payment of a dividend of EUR 0.50 per dividend-entitled ordinary share for the 2010 financial year, as well as a one-off bonus dividend of EUR 0.20. This proposal should be viewed as part of a long-term dividend policy. A distribution is also planned for the coming financial years, depending on business trends.
